Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
All products from Medici Capelli come with our promise of truthful answers to your questions. We give you the best product or products for your individual needs, not one product fits all. We are committed to having happy customers so if you are not satisfied with the results you are seeing just call and our professional staff may offer further advice and/or adjust your product regime.
Products can be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
Medici Capelli reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
We require:
* your original receipt – either email or register receipt is the best form of proof of purchase. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
* the original faulty product returned to us (postage to be paid by the consumer unless otherwise agreed). Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Paypal offer a free shipping return if the product was purchased via your Paypal account.

To qualify, you, the purchaser, must activate “Refunded Returns” on your Paypal account prior to returning the product to Medici Capelli.
Medici Capelli and our stockists reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Should you have purchased your Medici Capelli product from one of our reputable stockists and it is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match the sample or description – please provide proof of purchase and the stockist will replace your product.
Change of mind return is not available
Medici Capelli will not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances due to health reasons for the resell of the product.
